As Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of two major transformation projects – a CRM consolidation and a website redesign to create a more consistent look and feel to make cross-selling simpler. You'll lead a high-performing team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You'll use data and market insight to guide decisions, develop compelling campaigns, and ensure marketing plays a central role in achieving the company's long-term ambitions.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll take ownership of the global marketing strategy, shaping how the business positions itself, its brands and its products across multiple markets.
- Lead transformation projects such as website refreshes, CRM improvements or digital initiatives
- Own marketing governance and ensure brand guidelines are followed across the group
- Lead the group marketing function and set the direction for global marketing activity
- Build and deliver brand, product positioning and marketing strategies across the organisation
- Provide guidance to regional teams to ensure activity is aligned and consistent
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively
- Lead digital strategy across websites, digital channels and online marketplace activity
- Support investor relations, PR activity, agency relationships and key company updates
- Analyse market, customer and campaign data to improve performance
- Measure marketing activity against ROI, KPIs and wider business goals
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, product, leadership and regional teams
- Identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve brand awareness and commercial impact

This role will suit you if you…
- Have experience delivering marketing transformation projects, such as CRM or website refreshes
- Have senior-level experience across strategic marketing, branding and product positioning
- Have built or developed a marketing function within a complex or multi-region business
- Bring a strong commercial mindset and understand how marketing supports business growth
- Can work cross-functionally with sales, product, leadership and regional teams
- Are confident using customer, market and campaign data to guide decisions
- Can manage stakeholders at leadership level and present ideas clearly
- Are a creative thinker who can also be hands-on when needed
- Have strong communication, copywriting and content judgement
- Can manage agencies and external partners effectively
- Are resilient, diplomatic and confident leading change
- Ideally have experience in software, technology or SaaS environments
- Hold a marketing qualification, degree or equivalent professional experience
