This GTM Manager role gives you that platform. You’ll lead the expansion into new markets for an AI-driven personalised packaging business, growing the customer base from the ground up and helping define the commercial approach for the market. What will your day to day look like?

This role is all about spearheading entry into a new market, and you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling operations. Here’s just some of what you’ll be doing:
 
  • Developing and executing a new market entry strategy
  • Identifying and engaging with target organisations and contacts
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to refine and adjust strategies
  • Conducting research into target markets and customers to define approaches
  • Being the voice of the customer base and passing market feedback to leadership
  • Developing physical and digital GTM tactics
  • Translating customer feedback into product requirements
  • Building a sales tech stack and CRM workflows
  • Developing a repeatable sales playbook for new markets


This role will suit you if you…
 
  • Have built your career in a business development or outreach role
  • Have carried (and exceeded) a solo quota
  • Love a mix of strategy and execution, and are great at both
  • Are familiar with early-stage startups – you get the challenges and opportunities
  • Understand how to do market research to inform strategies
