Graduate Medical Sales - M3 Corridor
UK South
The first step in your career can make all the difference.
Joining as a Graduate Medical Sales Representative, you'll gain hands-on experience with innovative endoscopy technology while working alongside clinical teams and experienced sales professionals. From day one, you'll be learning the products, the customers, and what it takes to build a successful career in medtech.
With a clear development plan and genuine opportunities to progress, this is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow quickly, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term career in one of healthcare's most exciting sectors.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This company is all about endoscopy. For decades they’ve been bringing the latest tech to the market, with the ultimate goal of supporting surgical procedures across the worlds – in both human and veterinary medicine. They’re also hot on making sure their customer service is top notch, working hard to keep their customers happy and their products running smoothly for years.
What’s it like working there? Well, they offer a whole host of benefits. Think access to BUPA healthcare schemes, generous annual leave, mental wellbeing support through an EAP scheme, a company car, the option to buy extra holiday, discounts on your high street shopping, and more.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll develop your sales skills within medical devices, supporting the Regional Sales Team while progressing through a structured training programme designed to move you towards an Associate Sales role.
• Take ownership of your learning and progress through a bespoke sales training plan
• Support the Regional Sales Team with customer activity, logistics, and day-to-day sales tasks
• Learn how to train customers on specialist endoscopic equipment once certified
• Support product demonstrations in clinical settings as your knowledge develops
• Organise your diary and manage tasks based on priority, urgency, and customer needs
• Feed back customer insight, competitor activity, sales leads, and market intelligence to internal teams
• Use company systems to keep accurate records of customers, contacts, and opportunities
• Attend and contribute to regional and national sales meetings
• Take on discipline-specific sales projects as your training progresses
• Support selected sales processes, from initial lead through to quotes, demos, and sales orders
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, congresses, and workshops to support business development
• Look after company equipment and follow quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures
You’ll receive structured training and support from senior colleagues, with a clear route into an Associate role within around 12 months, followed by further progression towards a full territory sales position.
