Global BDR Manager
North America
$150,000 - $175,000
You’ve led teams before and you know BDR success isn’t just about activity. It’s about quality. Coaching people properly. Building structure. Improving process. Creating accountability and helping a team consistently generate pipeline that actually converts. You’re motivated by getting the best out of people and you enjoy seeing performance improve because of the systems and standards you’ve put in place.
What matters now is ownership and impact. The chance to shape outbound strategy, improve team performance, and work closely with leadership on building a smarter revenue engine. You want a role where BDR is seen as a growth function, not just a numbers game, and where your focus can stay on coaching, process, and performance rather than carrying your own quota.
In this BDR Manager role, you’ll work directly with the CRO and take responsibility for building a stronger, more scalable team. You’ll improve accountability, strengthen outbound execution, partner closely with RevOps, and help create better structure across inbound, outbound, and events. As the business grows, there’s real scope to broaden your impact into wider sales leadership and GTM responsibilities.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
We have partnered with a company that is widely regarded as being one of the most trusted safety intelligence platforms in the construction industry. They are a team that's focused on building a safer, smarter, and better future together. Their innovative approach to work and empowerment of teams and individuals alike has led them to achieve impressive levels of sustainable growth.
As an employer, they offer all their employees a wide range of benefits upon joining including flexible working arrangements, pension plans, and even employer funded health benefits for you and your dependents.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be responsible for improving team performance, pipeline quality, and outbound execution. Your day to day could include:
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of BDRs
• Holding the team accountable to activity, quality, and conversion metrics
• Improving outbound activity levels and call consistency
• Working with RevOps to make sure inbound, event, and outbound data flows properly through the systems
• Building and validating outbound tools, processes, and playbooks
• Creating game plans for target accounts, campaigns, and market opportunities
• Tracking pipeline generation, meeting quality, conversion rates, and closed-won outcomes
• Coaching BDRs to improve messaging, call quality, qualification, and follow-up
• Working closely with sales leadership to ensure pipeline supports wider growth plans
This role will suit you if you…
• Have experience managing BDRs, SDRs, inside sales, or outbound teams
• Can show where you have improved team output, conversion, or pipeline quality
• Know how to balance accountability with proper coaching and development
• Are comfortable using data to spot gaps and improve performance
• Understand outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, events, and lead conversion
• Can work closely with RevOps, Sales, and leadership teams
• Are confident building structure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Care about pipeline quality and close rate, not just booking meetings for the sake of it
Experience in SaaS, construction technology, EHS, safety software, field operations, or contact centre environments would be useful, but strong BDR leadership experience is the priority.
