What will your day to day look like?
As Finance Director, you will sit at the heart of strategic leadership for the finance team to ensure high standards and financial best practice throughout the team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving commercial goals for the EMEA region through pro-active, strategic decision-making
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Reviewing financial performance of EMEA teams, providing full analysis to the EMEA Vice President as and when required
• Preparing cost-saving proposals and executing them once approved
• Partnering with other leaders in the business on key investment cases and other potential acquisitions
• Overseeing cash management and financial operations across EMEA
This role will suit you if you…
• Have strong FP&A and commercial finance expertise
• Have at least 3 years’ experience leading a finance function within a mid-size to large organisation
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (A Master’s or professional certification is preferred)
• Are experienced in business partnering and commercial analysis
• Can showcase strong communication skills, building strong business relationships both internally and externally
• Have successful experience of operating within a decentralised global company
