Our client is searching for a new Field Service Engineer to join their ranks and provide great service (in both quality and customer service) to their customers in this region.

What will your day to day look like?
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be repairing, fault-finding, and providing preventative maintenance on our clients diverse range of medical devices.
- Communicating with customers and staff at all levels promptly and professionally, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the plan of action
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness in the devices you work on
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level, and escalating any situation where customer satisfaction is compromised
- Attending product training courses to maintain the most current knowledge of the market
This role will suit you if you…
- Are based in Scotland
- Can travel to different sites
- Have existing experience in engineering
- Are a quick learner, specific engineering needs for each device should come quickly to you
- Gain the respect of stakeholders at all levels, both through customer service and quality of service
- Are willing to learn about the world of medical devices and grow your skillset
- Have strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills
