Field Engineer Coordinator - Germany

What will your day to day look like? 
You’ll be supporting software and hardware installations and integrations at OEM and customer sites. A typical week might look like 

• Helping other technicians and providing technical support  

• Performing systems diagnostics 

• Installing and maintaining customer hardware and software 

• Handling customer service calls  

• Troubleshooting and performing system recovery 

• Attending service meetings, conference calls, training programs and conventions 

Success in this role means delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the successful implementation of our client’s tech.By working closely with Regional Sales Managers, you receive guidance that supports your professional growth and enables you to provide timely, accurate technical support that enhances customer satisfaction. This role will suit you if you… 

• Understand PLC programming 

• Have a degree in a relevant field 

• Have 5+ years’ experience of technical sales  

• Are Fluent in English and German 

• Are comfortable travelling to customer sites and factories 

• Can interpret and diagnose electrical and wiring diagrams 
  
  Understand: 

• IT Networks and infrastructure 

• Track & Trace, Automation or aligned software and hardware 

• Machine controls and functions 

• Computerised systems with data collection software 

• Network communications protocols
