You know enterprise sales isn't about chasing every opportunity. It's about asking the right questions, qualifying properly, and focusing your time where you can create the biggest impact. That's how you've built your success, and it's how you'll succeed here.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll work with qualified opportunities and marketing-generated leads, guiding customers through complex buying journeys and helping them solve real business challenges with software. You'll own the full sales cycle, building relationships with senior stakeholders and turning high-quality conversations into long-term customers.

This is an opportunity to focus on selling rather than constantly filling the top of the funnel. If you're looking for larger, more strategic deals, a business that's investing in growth, and a role where good sales execution is recognised, you'll find plenty to get excited about here.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client builds tech that helps organisations keep their people safe, healthy and properly supported at work. Their software brings together everything from workplace health and safety to training, compliance and employee records, helping businesses in high-risk industries spend less time on admin and more time looking after their people.

Speaking of looking after their people, that's exactly what this company does too. You'll join a rapidly growing team that's full of the best and brightest people in the industry, perfect for someone wanting to make a real impact and grow their career at the same time.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll own new logo acquisition, building pipeline, qualifying opportunities and closing new customers in a performance-driven B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Own the full new business sales cycle from first outreach through to signed agreement
  • Follow up quickly on marketing-generated leads and inbound enquiries
  • Qualify prospects around need, urgency, buying authority and fit
  • Build strategic account plans for high-potential opportunities
  • Generate additional pipeline through targeted outbound and account-based outreach
  • Engage decision-makers and build consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Run discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and buying drivers
  • Create clear business cases and value-led proposals
  • Coordinate internal resources across Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Delivery
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms
  • Keep CRM activity, opportunity records and forecasts accurate
  • Share market insight, customer feedback and competitor intelligence with leadership

Success means consistently converting qualified opportunities into new customers, building a repeatable lead-to-close motion and achieving strong new logo revenue growth.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have 7+ years’ successful B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Have a strong track record of acquiring and closing net-new business
  • Have consistently met or exceeded ARR or revenue quotas
  • Are confident managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Can qualify leads, run discovery and manage opportunities with discipline
  • Are comfortable handling a high volume of qualified opportunities
  • Know how to maintain deal velocity without losing quality
  • Can negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements
  • Communicate confidently with business and executive stakeholders
  • Are organised, commercially sharp and accurate with forecasting
  • Thrive in a performance-driven, accountable sales environment
  • Are willing to travel when needed

Experience selling into regulated industries, EHS, compliance, manufacturing, construction, healthcare or energy would be useful.
