You want to sell real enterprise deals. Big accounts, complex buying cycles, and the space to do things properly. You’ve got experience in enterprise software sales, across new logos and existing customers, and you’re at your best when you’re focused on quality opportunities, not scrambling to create pipeline from nothing. 

What matters most now is ownership. A solid enterprise pipeline, the freedom to run deals end to end, and targets that reflect the size and complexity of what you’re selling. You’re self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven by delivering results that genuinely move the business forward. 

This Enterprise Account Executive role gives you that. You’ll join a growing business that’s investing in enterprise sales, owning large, complex opportunities from start to finish. What will your day to day look like? 

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new enterprise customers. Your day to day might look a little like this: 

  • Promoting upsell and cross selling opportunities  

  • Creating and executing strategic sales plans  

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders 

  • Conducting demonstrations to promote software solutions  

  • Analysing industry trends and the competitive landscape 

Success in this role looks like meeting sales goals and driving steady growth. 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have 3+ years' experience in enterprise sales.  

  • Understand construction project management and field solutions software 

  • Are willing to travel within the UK and Ireland  

  • Have a record of achieving and exceeding sales targets  

  • Can build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
