Are you a natural hunter who thrives in enterprise sales and loves closing big deals? Our client is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across DACH, focusing on high-value solution sales to large organisations.

  • Competitive compensation package of €80,000 - €100,000 (Double OTE)

What will your day to day look like? 
This is a consultative, enterprise-level sales role where you’ll be focused on winning new business and growing existing accounts across DACH. So, a typical week might look like: 

  • Leading with a solution-selling approach to land new enterprise customers 

  • Building and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers 

  • Owning the sales cycle from first contact to contract – including proposals, pitches and negotiations 

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to bring the best solution to each client 

  • Using data and forecasting to keep your pipeline strong and accurate 

  • Representing the company at key events and building the brand in your region 

You’ll have the freedom to work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative, cross-functional team. Plus, there are clear pathways for career growth as the enterprise team continues to scale. 
 
This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have 5+ years of experience in software/SaaS/tech sales to enterprise clients 

  • Know how to run a high-value, consultative sales process from start to finish 

  • Speak English and German fluently  

  • Have a degree in a related field 

  • Are confident selling to C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex accounts 

  • Have closed six-figure sales deals previously 

  • Enjoy the pace and mindset of a high-growth, international tech company
