If that sounds like you, this Enterprise Account Executive role for a rapidly scaling water management business could be right up your street.

Plus this is a role that’s all about hybrid working – you’ll be remote three days a week with two days in their London office, Perfect for people who like the best of both worlds.   


What will your day to day look like? 

This is a new role (that’s come about due to growth) that’ll have you executing the sales cycle from start to finish. Success looks like maximising win rates, winning new business, and exceeding your targets - so your day to day might look a bit like this: 
 
  • Generating new pipeline by identifying high-value leads 
  • Owning full sales cycles 
  • Using systematic sales methodologies to qualify opportunities 
  • Managing complex deals 
  • Managing your pipeline so your forecasting is predictable 
  • Working to optimise customer journeys and maximise conversions 


You’ll also get to work closely with sales leadership in this role to develop and expand the company’s presence, so there’s plenty of room to grow in the role and really see the impact of your work. 


This role will suit you if you… 
 
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in SaaS/tech sales 
  • Understand the real estate industry 
  • Have regularly closed enterprise level deals 
  • Can handle multi-year enterprise agreements 
  • Know how to use sales methodologies (like SPICED or MEDDIC) 
  • Are methodical and disciplined in your approach  
  • Understand customer pain points and how to solve them 
  • Can adapt quickly to changing market conditions 


If you’ve worked in a scaling start-up business before that would be a bonus, but it’s not a deal breaker.
