You’ve sold enterprise SaaS before and you know big deals aren’t won overnight. You’re comfortable navigating long sales cycles, opening doors, building relationships, and staying resilient when the process gets messy. You’ve worked in construction or infrastructure environments and you’re motivated by building something, not just collecting commission. 

What matters now is progression and impact. You want ownership of deals from start to finish, clear criteria around growth, and the chance to earn well while proving yourself in a business that’s scaling. You’re drawn to early-stage environments where strong performers get noticed and where your contribution genuinely moves the needle. 

Joining as an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll help drive UK growth for an AI company transforming how large-scale construction and infrastructure projects are planned and delivered. You’ll be one of the people opening up the market, hunting enterprise opportunities, and helping shape the next stage of growth. What will your day to day look like? 

This is a complex, consultative enterprise SaaS sales role, selling a genuinely new AI category into major construction and infrastructure organisations. 

• Opening and winning new enterprise accounts 
• Growing existing strategic customer relationships 
• Managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles 
• Selling into large enterprises across EMEA and APAC 
• Communicating a new category clearly and confidently 
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers 
• Working closely with the VP of Commercial 
• Helping shape GTM as the business scales 

You’ll have real room to grow with the business, shape how our client wins enterprise customers, and make a visible impact in a high-growth Series B environment. 
 

This role will suit you if you… 

• Have enterprise SaaS sales experience 
• Have managed long, complex sales cycles 
• Can open and win new enterprise accounts 
• Have sold into large enterprise customers 
• Are confident selling something new to the market 
• Can build relationships with multiple stakeholders 
• Have construction or infrastructure experience, or the curiosity to learn the space quickly 
• Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where things are still evolving
