EMEA Marketing Manager Aquablation
UK Central
£65,000 - £85,000
What matters now is ownership and impact. The chance to influence utilisation across EMEA, work closely with surgeons and markets, and play a visible role in growing a genuinely innovative therapy. You want better access to customer insight, stronger influence over strategy, and the opportunity to shape how an exciting surgical technology expands.
This EMEA Marketing Manager role sits inside one of the fastest-growing surgical robotics businesses globally, focused on increasing adoption of the AQUABEAM procedure for urological conditions. You’ll take regional ownership across EMEA, helping convert more surgeons and hospitals through downstream marketing that drives real clinical and commercial outcomes. For someone motivated by innovation, visibility, and meaningful impact in patient care, this is an exciting place to grow.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is a rapidly growing medical robotics company that specialises in advanced, image-guided systems for minimally invasive surgery. They’re expanding rapidly, so this is a great time to join them as they change the face of surgery forever.
As for working there, they believe work should be rewarding, fun, and supportive. And they’re happy to put their money where their mouth is with that claim - here’s how they take care of their team:
-
Full medical coverage, that includes dental and vision
-
Flexible spending accounts for health expenses
-
Generous vacation and paid time off to recharge
-
Paid parental leave for life’s big milestones
-
Access to an EAP for mental health support
-
Wellness programmes, including access to an onsite gym
-
Discounts on pet insurance for your furry friends
-
Opportunities to volunteer and give back to causes that matter to you
-
Lots of team fun, like happy hours, socials and spontaneous celebrations
What will your day to day look like?
