Our client is a warehouse automation company that helps customers run their warehouses more efficiently. Their systems combine AI-powered software and warehouse robots to make fulfilment centres work more smoothly, especially when handling large volumes of customer orders.
Their software acts like the brain of the warehouse, coordinating people, robots and inventory in real time, while their automation tools help reduce errors, lower costs and get orders out to customers more quickly.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll develop the strategy for the solutions team, supporting and sustaining growth by driving operational excellence through all solutions-based activities. An average week might include:
- Developing the strategy for the solutions team to support and sustain growth
- Driving operational excellence through all solutions-based activities
- Managing, coaching and upskilling the solutions team
- Translating market requirements into actionable insights
- Executing strategies that increase win rates through technical excellence
- Working closely with customers to understand their individual needs
- Shaping the future direction of product and solutions
- Building and developing playbooks for discovery, demo and proof-of-concept
This role reports directly into the senior leadership team in the business, so is a great opportunity to get that high-level visibility you’re looking for and make a real impact.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have at least 5 years’ experience managing a solutions-focused team
- Understand how to map complex software to customer needs
- Have built your career in solutions engineering or technical roles
- Know complex B2B SaaS products like the back of your hand
- Have a background in robotics, automation, supply chain tech or AI
- Thrive off delivering technical excellence through you and your team
