Our client are searching for a Director of Solutions Consulting to be a crucial partner to their sales team, with the aim of driving sales opportunities all the way down the pipeline from discovery to deal close. What you’ll be doing 
As Director of Solutions Consulting, you will be a crucial partner to the sales team, driving the sales cycle from opportunity discovery to deal closure. 

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Consulting with customers and prospects to scope out the opportunities for digital transformation with our client’s suite of products
•    Develop and present highly impactful, technical presentations to showcase the impact of the suite of products
•    Providing comprehensive technical pre-sales support to channel partners and strategic partners
•    Working closely with the Sales Executive to effectively progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
  
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the Mid-West US and be able to travel consistently for work (even on short notice).

You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within enterprise software pre-sales, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Excellent understanding of the technical side of software business and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients
•    A passion for manufacturing and creating innovations that address manufacturers’ key challenges
•    Previous experience working with or selling to manufacturing companies, aiding them in their digital transformation
•    Excellent business writing, presentation, and communication skills
•    Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly apply new concepts, business models, and frameworks
