Director of Sales (Coils)
US South
$80,000 - $100,000
You’ve led sales before, but now you want the authority to shape the whole commercial direction. Not just carry the number, but decide where the business should focus, how the team should approach the market, and what needs to change to unlock growth.
As Director of Sales, you’ll lead the sales strategy across engineered heating, cooling and refrigeration solutions, building strong customer relationships while guiding the team towards sustainable revenue growth. You’ll bring a clear commercial view, strong market awareness and the confidence to influence decisions at senior level.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining leadership with hands-on commercial thinking. If you want real ownership of the growth strategy, the chance to shape how the business sells, and the freedom to make decisions that have a visible impact, this could be a strong next step.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

They prove this through fostering a genuinely positive work environment, as well as providing a benefits package designed to improve their people’s work and life. This includes generous PTO, comprehensive health coverage, and 401k matching from day one.
