What will your day to day look like?
You'll play a role of a consultant, coach and project manager to help clients succeed. An average day may look like:

Planning and executing kick off events with new clients

Assisting with sales process implementation
-
Understanding the wants, needs and requirements of the customer

Developing best practice solutions for the internal sales teams

Identifying and implementing targeted training and education

Reviewing and analysing progress in client pipelines

Planning Customer Success team tasks and workflows to

Have experience in Customer Success in a SaaS environment

Can speak fluent German and English
