What will your day to day look like?

This job is all about creating loyal customers. Relationships are at the heart of what you’ll be doing every day, as you look to properly understand your customers, their pain points, and the value our client’s software could bring to them. Day-to-day this might look a little bit like: 
 
  • Staying in regular communication with your customers 
  • Helping customers to incorporate the tech into their operations 
  • Supporting customers to achieve their goals and get ROI 
  • Evaluating the risk for each customer 
  • Driving retention and picking up on areas where business might be lost 
  • Creating expansion strategies that support new business and renewals 

There’s plenty of opportunities to really make your mark in this role as you help a start-up to keep growing their customer base and secure loyal customers – ultimately this is what success looks like in this role! 


This role will suit you if you...
 
  • Have a strong background in Customer Success 
  • Have worked in the Construction or Contech (SaaS) industry for at least 3 years 
  • Know how to build great relationships 
  • Can create and follow account plans 
  • Have strong influencing skills and can push new processes 
  • Are great at turning complex technical info into easy-to-digest content 

There’s an element of travel to this role, too, so whilst you’ll be remote-based most of the time you’ll also need to be comfortable with being on the road for about 10% of your working hours.
