What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to build and lead the Australian go-to-market strategy from the ground up, driving direct sales, developing partner relationships, and scaling revenue in the region. Other responsibilities include:

Developing and executing the Australian sales strategy across direct and partner-led channels

Building a strong pipeline of fleet, transport, logistics, and enterprise customers

Identifying new market opportunities and turn early conversations into revenue

Leading complex sales cycles from first engagement through to close

Establishing repeatable sales processes, reporting, and go-to-market foundations

Working closely with global leadership to shape regional growth plans

This role will suit you if you…

Have 10+ years’ sales experience within SaaS, technology, or product-led software businesses

Have a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and closing complex, high-value deals

Understand fleet management, telematics, IoT, connected vehicle, asset management, or an adjacent market

Have experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing sales teams

Are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly

Can manage both direct sales and channel or partner-led go-to-market strategies

Are entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and confident working without a large corporate support structure
