Contracts Manager - Scotland
UK North
Maybe you feel like you're too far removed from decisions. Working reactively instead of proactively. Wanting to influence strategy or improve collaboration in a meaningful way. You’re looking for autonomy, the scope to get properly strategic, and the chance to work with technology that genuinely makes a difference.
This Contracts Manager role gives you that seat at the table. You’ll join the leadership team for Scotland in a leading sleep tech business with a strong European presence, owning and growing a customer portfolio with happiness and retention at its core. You’ll have the trust to negotiate, use data to guide decisions, and help shape the future of the business.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This client is all about improving the quality of patients’ lives through respiratory and sleep-breathing tech.
Working here brings with it a whole host of benefits. From the big things like enhanced parental leave and a generous 33-days annual leave, to the smaller-but-still-important-stuff like subsidised gym memberships and employee discounts, they’ve got you covered.
Plus, if you want to develop, this is the place to be. Their culture is based around helping people to thrive and grow in a role, so if you’re wanting to build for the future, they make a great choice.
What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be responsible for leading and optimising a high-profile NHS healthcare services contract, striving for excellence across operations, commercial and clinical. Continuous improvement is at the hear of this role, with customer happiness and business growth being your key goals. How you’ll get there? An average day may look like:
