What will your day to day look like? 

At the core of this role is steering a new business unit to success. You’ll be responsible for owning and managing high value strategic corporate partnerships across the UK. An average week might include: 

  • Managing strategic healthcare partnerships 

  • Leading contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions 

  • Delivering commercial strategy to meet revenue and margin targets 

  • Owning the full contract lifecycle and identifying growth opportunities 

  • Overseeing workplace vaccination programmes 

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice standards 

  • Engaging senior stakeholders to shape service innovation 

  • Mitigating operational, financial, and partnership risks 

About you 

The person they’re looking for will ideally have worked in a strategic partnerships focused role before, with a solid understanding of how the healthcare industry works. They’re looking for someone who: 

  • Have experience in commercial management, operations, and service delivery 

  • Can manage the full contract lifecycle and build strong customer relationships 

  • Knows how to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives 

  • Understand workforce planning and resource management 

  • Have delivered operational improvements and led change initiatives
