What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to provide expert clinical support in theatre, helping surgeons and clinical teams use orthopaedic products safely and effectively.
- Attend surgical procedures across the territory and provide hands-on clinical support
- Work closely with Territory Managers before and after cases, sharing feedback and identifying further opportunities
- Train surgeons and theatre teams on products, surgical techniques, and planning technology
- Support the use of digital planning tools and GPS technology, including setup, training, and troubleshooting
- Build strong knowledge of the product portfolio, clinical evidence, and competitor positioning
- Support meetings, workshops, product launches, exhibitions, cadaver labs, and training courses
- Provide product training to new starters and wider internal teams
- Maintain accurate activity reports and work within agreed budgets and compliance requirement
- Travel regularly across the territory, including occasional overnight stays

This role will suit you if you…
- Hold a relevant clinical degree
- Have experience as an ODP, Scrub Practitioner, Physiotherapist, or in a similar theatre-based role
- Are confident communicating with surgeons, theatre teams, and commercial colleagues
- Bring a strong commercial mindset and enjoy building relationships
- Are passionate about improving patient outcomes
- Can remain calm, organised, and professional in a surgical environment
- Are flexible and comfortable with regular travel and nights away
- Are keen to develop a career within orthopaedics and medical devices
