What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to support surgeons and theatre teams in the safe and effective use of orthopaedic products, while managing day-to-day hospital accounts across your territory.
- Attend surgical cases and provide hands-on product support in theatre
- Advise surgeons and clinical teams on product use before, during, and after procedures
- Deliver product and procedural training to theatre staff
- Manage hospital accounts, including stock audits, replenishment, loan kits, implants, and instruments
- Ensure the correct equipment is available and ready for each procedure
- Build strong relationships with clinical teams and act as the link between customers and the Regional Sales Manager
- Gather customer and market insight to support Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and complete all administration promptly
- Represent the business at regional symposiums and clinical events
- Work flexibly across the territory, including regular travel and occasional international travel

- Have a good understanding of anatomy, physiology, and orthopaedic principles
- Are confident working in hospitals and theatre environments
- Can communicate clearly with surgeons, theatre teams, and commercial colleagues
- Are organised and comfortable managing stock, loan kits, and multiple hospital accounts
- Can work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Are keen to learn and develop strong product and clinical knowledge
- Have good written, verbal, and IT skills
- Are flexible, practical, and comfortable with regular travel
- Hold a full driving licence for at least three years
- Are physically able to meet the demands of a field-based theatre support role
