What will your day to day look like?
You’ll support surgeons and theatre teams in the use of specialist orthopaedic products, making sure they have the right guidance, equipment, and support before, during, and after procedures.
 
  • You’ll take ownership of a defined territory, building strong relationships with customers across your region.
  • Provide in-theatre case support for Acumed products
  • Advise surgeons and theatre teams on product use and application
  • Train theatre staff on implants, instruments, and equipment
  • Help ensure the correct stock, loan kits, implants, and instruments are available for each case
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with NHS and private hospital accounts
  • Carry out stock audits and support inventory replenishment
  • Act as the link between customers and the Regional Sales Manager
  • Gather feedback from clinical teams and share useful market insight internally
  • Keep CRM records and administration up to date
  • Represent the brand at regional events, meetings, and symposiums

You’ll play an important role in helping clinical teams feel confident using the products, while building strong relationships across your territory.


This role will suit you if you…
  • Have a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology
  • Are comfortable working in or around a theatre environment
  • Communicate clearly with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders
  • Enjoy hands-on clinical support and product training
  • Are organised and confident managing stock, equipment, and customer requests
  • Can work independently while still being part of a wider team
  • Have strong time-management skills and can prioritise a busy workload
  • Are curious, proactive, and happy to keep learning
  • Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Hold a full driving licence and have done so for at least three years
