What will your day to day look like?
You’ll work closely with Account Executives to create new sales opportunities, build pipeline, and start conversations with construction businesses that could benefit from smarter, safer project technology.
- Research target accounts and identify new prospects across the construction industry
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social selling
- Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects
- Qualify leads and understand what each prospect needs next
- Book meetings for Account Executives with prospective customers
- Support outbound campaigns and lead-generation activity
- Build relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up
- Share product updates and spot opportunities for customers to expand their use of the platform
- Present product information once customer needs have been identified
- Manage introductions, meeting follow-ups, and handovers to Account Executives
- Keep activity, notes, and opportunities up to date in CRM
- Work towards weekly targets, KPIs, and pipeline goals

This role will suit you if you…
- Have experience in SaaS business development, ideally within construction or a related industry
- Are confident prospecting through phone, email, and social outreach
- Can build rapport quickly with prospects and customers
- Have strong listening skills and know how to uncover customer needs
- Are organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Have a competitive drive and are motivated by targets
- Are resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling objections
- Enjoy working as part of a high-performing sales team
- Have experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM
- Are curious about construction technology and keen to learn a specialist platform
- Have studied sales, marketing, business, or a related subject
- Are willing to travel domestically and internationally when needed
