Do you have experience selling OEE solutions into the manufacturing industry? Want to work for a company that doesn’t settle for a standard benefits package? This is a great opportunity to join a team on the rise as a Business Development Manager for their OEE portfolio of solutions. With an already established customer base, you will come in with the goal of furthering their strong position in the market.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
From asset management, analytics, and resource management, we’ve partnered with a company that have created an ingenious maintenance software system. They are proud that the software they’ve put together is helping hundreds of industry-leading companies solve their maintenance issues with ease, including some of the largest manufacturing brands in the UK and Europe.
Working here also puts you into a friendly atmosphere where you’ll be surrounded by an experienced team that’s all about growth and development. On top of some more industry-standard benefits, you will be treated to 4 hours of self-led development time each week, and two paid hours of wellness time each week to be used for exercise. Just a few examples of how they go above and beyond for their employees.

- Developing new business in your region and expanding existing accounts
- Identifying new opportunities to grow the account and pointing out potential threats to the account

- Building strong relationships with executive and C-suite level contacts, being seen as a trusted advisor
- Being the face of the company at different meetings, events, and marketing opportunities
- Travelling to customers on-site to gather an understanding of their unique layouts and specifications
