This Business Development Manager role gives you that platform. You’ll join a growing rehabilitation therapy devices manufacturer, working closely with senior leadership and driving performance in a market that values clinical credibility. Who it’s for 

Our client is helping to rehabilitate patients around the globe. Their products are therapy devices aimed at helping patients going through rehabilitation programmes to gain more independence and a better quality of life.

What will your day to day look like?

This is a true territory ownership role where you’ll be driving revenue growth across the Northern Germany region. How you’ll do this? An average week might include:
 

  • Developing and executing strategic territory plans
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Digging into customer pain points to help position the product portfolio
  • Selling advanced therapy systems into clinical teams and decision makers
  • Supporting customers with demonstrations and product trials
  • Preparing proposals and commercial tender documents


Success in this role looks like delivering on your sales targets.


This role will suit you if you…
 

  • Have proven experience selling medical, healthcare, or rehabilitation tech
  • Have sold neuro, spinal, and ortho products
  • Know how to sell into hospitals and clinical environments
  • Understand complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Love building long-lasting relationships with your customers
  • Can confidently manage a large territory in a strategic manner



If you’ve got experience in the rehabilitation or physiotherapy markets then that would be a bonus, but isn’t a deal breaker for the right person.
