As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the international side of a globally recognised medical device organisation. You’ll focus on expanding product reach, developing new relationships, and driving growth across international markets. What will your day to day look like?
This role is focused on growing international corporate account sales across new and existing strategic customers. Other responsibilities include:
• Identifying, qualifying and converting new business opportunities
• Growing sales across kit packers, private label, OEMs and healthcare accounts
• Building strong senior customer relationships
• Creating account plans, pipelines, forecasts and opportunity reviews
• Leading proposals, tenders, quotations and contract negotiations
• Coordinating internal teams to deliver customer projects and launches
• Acting as the voice of the customer across the business
• Tracking market activity, customer trends and competitor developments
You’ll have the chance to grow a high-value international account base, build long-term strategic partnerships, and play a key role in continued commercial growth.
This role will suit you if you…

Have 10+ years’ experience in medical consumables or a similar healthcare market

Have worked in business development, key account management or international B2B sales

Can grow new and existing customer accounts against sales and margin targets

Have experience managing corporate accounts, ideally across OEM, private label, kit packers or laboratories

Are confident leading proposals, tenders, quotations and contract negotiations

Can coordinate internal teams to deliver customer projects and launches

Are commercially sharp, organised and confident using CRM systems

Are comfortable travelling internationally and working across different time zones

Bring a proactive, resilient and relationship-led approach to sales growth
