Business Development Manager - Constrution
North America
$180,000 - $200,000
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
You’ll join a company that’s been leading industrial-vehicle automation for 20+ years, building tech that makes dangerous, repetitive work safer and smarter. And, if you want to work with automation that’s already deployed in the field (not stuck in a lab), this is the place.
Our client is growing, and fast. They’re expanding their US footprint, adding offices and scaling teams rapidly to meet rising demand. It’s a rare chance to help shape a robotics company with global reach - this isn't somewhere where you’ll be a small cog in a huge machine.
As for the benefits? They stand out. From hybrid working and comprehensive healthcare coverage to a strong 401(k) match and generous PTO, you’ll feel valued every step of the way. Plus, with the employee stock ownership plan, you’re not just working for the company, you’re owning part of its future and sharing its success.
What will your day to day look like?
This Business Development Manager role will give you the freedom to shape the go-to-market strategy, build high-value partnerships, and influence how products meet real-world needs. -

-
Delivering persuasive and compelling, ROI focused presentations to customers
-

Our client is committed to your long-term success, offering a dedicated training budget to support your continuous learning and career development. You’ll join a team that truly invests in your growth, so you’ve got plenty of opportunity to really evolve here.
