What will your day-to-day look like?

Your focus will be on spotting new opportunities, building trusted relationships, and diving into customer strategies across the San Francisco market. You’ll team up with subject matter experts to create and deliver smart, effective solutions that help clients reach their business goals.

You can expect a typical day to involve:

  • Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Learning what really drives each client’s business  
  • Crafting employee engagement strategies
  • Leading the sales process from prospecting through to closing large deals
  • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to craft tailored proposals
  • Managing a long sales cycle (typically 3-12 months) with an average size of $250k+

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Have a proven track record in winning new business and managing large accounts
  • Are confident selling to senior-level decision makers
  • Have experience with high-value, complex sales cycles
  • Thrive in a role with commission-driven compensation
  • Are comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
  • Are based in the San Francisco area
