Our client is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to take charge of sales activities across the South region. The role  

You’ll uncover new market opportunities for our client’s diagnostics and treatment portfolio by visiting with healthcare professionals in public and private hospitals across your region. As you’re supported with product training to grow your portfolio, you’ll drive market share and exceed sales objectives. 
Other responsibilities include:  

  • Co-ordinating key accounts 

  • Conducting field-based selling activities 

  • Cultivating business partnerships with key decision-makers 

  • Managing your territory in a strategic manner 

  • Completing Operating Theatre Certification and maintain hospital credentials 

  • Training physicians, nurses and support staff on the Optilume procedure 

  • Being involved in strategy and marketing campaigns 

  • Supporting exhibitions 

  • Analysing the Urology Market and understanding customer information 

The requirements  

  • You’ll bring 2+ years of similar experience within the medical device industry to this role, as well as: 

  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Nursing is a plus 

  • Works well both as part of a team and as an individual 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 

  • Naturally customer-facing with excellent communication skills 

  • Strong computer skills (including MS suite) 

  • Driving licence and willing to travel across your territory
