You’ve got some medical device experience behind you and you’re ready to get closer to the product. More ownership. More customer insight. More say in how a portfolio is positioned and grown.

As Associate Product Manager, you’ll work with innovative equipment used in minimally invasive surgery. You’ll support launches, gather feedback from the market, and work closely with sales and clinical teams to help shape what comes next.

There’s a clear path forward too. With the right support and development, you could progress into a Product Manager role within 12 months.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This company is all about endoscopy. For decades they’ve been bringing the latest tech to the market, with the ultimate goal of supporting surgical procedures across the worlds – in both human and veterinary medicine. They’re also hot on making sure their customer service is top notch, working hard to keep their customers happy and their products running smoothly for years.

What’s it like working there? Well, they offer a whole host of benefits. Think access to BUPA healthcare schemes, generous annual leave, mental wellbeing support through an EAP scheme, a company car, the option to buy extra holiday, discounts on your high street shopping, and more.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll take ownership of upper endoscopy sales across Hampshire, Surrey, and Sussex, managing opportunities from the first conversation through to order and ongoing customer support.

  • Build strong relationships with clinical teams and become their main point of contact across your territory
  • Take ownership of sales projects, from identifying opportunities and raising quotes through to demonstrations and close
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
  • Work closely with sales, service, and internal teams to keep projects moving and deliver a strong customer experience
  • Keep your Regional Sales Manager updated on pipeline, customer activity, and project progress
  • Share competitor insight, market feedback, and new opportunities with the wider business
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records using internal systems and sales tools
  • Represent the business at exhibitions, congresses, workshops, and industry meetings when needed

As your product knowledge and commercial experience develop, there will be clear opportunities to take on more responsibility and continue progressing your career in medical device sales.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have some experience in medical device sales and a track record of delivering results
  • Understand the operating theatre environment and feel comfortable speaking with clinical teams
  • Enjoy owning sales opportunities from the first lead through to order
  • Build strong customer relationships and take a consultative approach to selling
  • Communicate clearly and work well as part of a wider sales and service team
  • Are organised and confident managing your own territory, time, and priorities
  • Stay calm under pressure and take responsibility when challenges arise
  • Hold a degree or equivalent experience, although this is not essential
  • Have a full driving licence and are happy travelling across Hampshire, Surrey, and Sussex
