You’ve spent years delivering construction projects. Managing programmes, coordinating stakeholders, solving problems on site, and making sure things get done properly. But perhaps you’re starting to think about a role that keeps you connected to the industry without the pressure, travel, and unpredictability that comes with project delivery.

This Account Manager opportunity offers a different way to use that experience. You'll work with customers who speak your language, understand the challenges they face, and help them get the most from a product that's highly regarded across the short-term infrastructure sector. It’s a relationship-focused role where your practical construction knowledge becomes a genuine advantage.

You'll have ownership of strategic customer relationships, the chance to influence how customers use the platform, and a clear route for progression as the business continues to grow. For someone who enjoys building trust, adding value, and staying close to the construction industry without being site-based, it could be an ideal next step.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

By replacing disconnected spreadsheets and scattered plans with a shared, real-time view of what's happening on site, our client helps the people who build major infrastructure and construction projects to work more effectively. Think spotting problems early, staying aligned, and keeping complex projects moving forward. It's a great fit for people who enjoy solving practical challenges, building products that people genuinely rely on, and having a direct impact on how some of the world's biggest construction projects are delivered.

As for working there, you'll join a business that rewards you for what you put in. You'll get access to a great benefits package that includes:

  • A remote first approach to working
  • Tech for your WFH set up
  • Generous annual leave
  • Annual training allowance
  • One week off for training per year
  • Access to an internal leadership programme
  • Healthcare and dental cover
  • Matched pension

What will your day to day look like?

The key focus of this role is to help major construction and infrastructure customers get real value from the platform, driving adoption, account growth, and long-term expansion. As well as:

  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across planning, operations, digital, and project delivery

  • Supporting live projects by understanding how teams plan, communicate, and manage work

  • Driving adoption across existing accounts, helping customers embed the platform into everyday ways of working

  • Identifying expansion opportunities across new divisions, project types, users, and products

  • Working closely with customer success teams to support onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement

  • Helping customers create more consistent operating processes across complex construction projects

  • Owning quarterly and annual expansion targets across your account base

This is a strong opportunity to step out of a traditional site-based construction role and use your industry experience in a more commercial, technology-led environment, with clear scope to grow your career as the business continues to scale.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have 5+ years’ experience working on construction sites, ideally as a Sub-Agent, Agent, Project Manager, or similar

  • Understand how major construction and infrastructure projects actually run day to day

  • Can build credibility with site teams, Heads of Planning, Operations Directors, and Digital Leads

  • Are confident in presenting, influencing, and holding conversations with senior stakeholders

  • Are ready to use your construction experience in a customer-facing technology role

  • Take ownership of your accounts and are motivated by measurable results

  • Are comfortable travelling to client sites and spending time in a central London office when needed
