An established player in the construction and facilities management sector, our client supports customers across the entire building lifecycle with cutting-edge technology solutions including CMMS, cost management, information management and design tools.  

With an over 100-year history, they’re now accelerating towards further growth as they look to pivot a select portion of their portfolio to SaaS.

The role
As an Account Manager, you’ll focus solely on an existing book of business that has huge upside for cross-sell and up-sell revenue. As a customer ally, you’ll build credibility with these accounts outside of just renewals and ensure you’re identifying existing pain points and spotting where plans can be escalated to the next tier.

Your day to day might look a little like this: 

  • Learning customer needs and positioning the products to solve them 
  • Building a relationship with the customer base 
  • Developing credible product and industry knowledge  
  • Updating records on the CRM system and maintaining sales forecasts 


The requirements
Our client is looking for someone with a high level of technical and software understanding as well as a proven track record in customer relationship management and sales.

This is a hybrid working role with weekly visits to Southampton or Haddenham offices.
