This role gives you ownership of a £2 million portfolio across transit and rail, working with around 20 existing customers across transport, bus, and infrastructure environments. The accounts are already there. Your job is to understand them, strengthen them, and uncover where software, services, and data can create more value.

You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, develop your own approach, and work closely with customers who are already invested in the technology. With remote working, car allowance, bonus potential, and clear progression, this is a strong next step for someone ready to take on more responsibility and make a visible commercial impact.

What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to retain and grow an established portfolio of transit and rail customers, helping them expand how they use geospatial software, services, and data solutions. You will also be:
  • Managing around 20 existing mid-tier customer accounts
  • Taking ownership of a portfolio worth approximately £2 million
  • Building relationships across transport, rail, and bus operators
  • Identifying new projects and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Managing renewals, subscriptions, and wider account development
  • Engaging stakeholders across operations, engineering, digital, asset management, and technical teams
  • Developing account plans and maintaining a clear view of customer priorities
  • Working closely with customer success, technical, and internal sales teams
  • Helping customers understand the wider value of geospatial technology
You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your commercial skills, deepen your knowledge of transport and GIS technology, and progress into larger or more strategic account management roles over time.


This role will suit you if you…
  • Understand transport, transit, rail, GIS, or a related market
  • Have experience managing existing B2B software or technology accounts
  • Have worked with mid-tier customers and are ready for greater ownership
  • Can build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Are comfortable identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Can engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Have experience in account management, customer success, or internal sales
  • Can balance customer retention, renewals, and account growth
  • Are comfortable working remotely and travelling to meet customers
  • Hold a full driving licence
