You know construction from the inside. You understand how major projects operate, how decisions get made, and what it takes to build credibility with the people delivering them. Now you’re looking to use that experience in a more commercial, customer-focused role.

As Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key customer relationships, working closely with contractors and infrastructure organisations to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to grow each account. You’ll need to be proactive, commercially curious, and comfortable building relationships with people who know construction inside out.

You’ll also be joining at an exciting point of expansion, with North America and Canada firmly on the growth agenda. If you like the pace of a scale-up and want to play a hands-on role in developing customers and opening up a new market, there’s plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
By replacing disconnected spreadsheets and scattered plans with a shared, real-time view of what's happening on site, our client helps the people who build major infrastructure and construction projects to work more effectively. Think spotting problems early, staying aligned, and keeping complex projects moving forward. It's a great fit for people who enjoy solving practical challenges, building products that people genuinely rely on, and having a direct impact on how some of the world's biggest construction projects are delivered.

As for working there, you'll join a business that rewards you for what you put in. You'll get access to a great benefits package that includes:
  • A remote first approach to working
  • Tech for your WFH set up
  • Generous annual leave
  • Annual training allowance
  • One week off for training per year
  • Access to an internal leadership programme
  • Healthcare and dental cover
  • Matched pension

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll use your construction experience to help major project teams get more value from planning software, building customer relationships and growing existing accounts. Based in Toronto, you’ll support customers in improving how they plan, communicate and deliver projects, while contributing to an expanding regional team.

You will also be:
  • Working directly with project teams to understand their planning challenges and increase software adoption.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across planning, operations and digital construction.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand accounts into additional projects, divisions and products.
  • Coordinating with customer success colleagues to deliver effective onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Helping customers establish consistent planning processes across their projects.
  • Taking ownership of quarterly and annual account expansion targets.
  • Sharing customer insights and helping develop the team’s approach as the business grows.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have at least five years’ on-site construction experience, such as in project management or site leadership.
  • Understand the practical challenges of planning and delivering major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Want to apply your industry knowledge in a customer-facing technology role.
  • Are confident presenting to site teams, planning leaders and senior operational stakeholders.
  • Can build trusted relationships and identify where technology could improve project delivery.
  • Bring a commercially minded approach and are motivated by measurable results.
  • Take ownership, work proactively and enjoy solving customer problems.
  • Are excited by the opportunity to help develop a growing team and market presence.
