What will your day to day look like?
Put simply, you’ll be looking after all sales activity for your region. This role is a strategically important one where you’ll be managing and growing business in a high potential region – including engaging with people at some of London’s leading hospitals and clinical environments.
What this might look like day to day is:
- Planning out strategies to grow accounts
- Executing these strategies to hit your target
- Qualifying opportunities
- Demonstrating the product portfolio to prospective customers
- Partnering with the sales team to plan out sales strategies
- Reporting to management on market trends and competitor activity
- Getting involved in hospital bid tenders
- Sales forecasting
This role will suit you if you…
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in medical device sales
- Have sold disposables and capital equipment into hospitals
- Know how to nail a value-based sell
- Can speak the language of clinicians and non-clinicians
- Are happy to lead on presentations and demos
- Are comfortable with a role that involves a large amount of travel
- Don’t mind being in an operating room environment
