Account Executive, US, Net New
North America
$150,000 - $165,000
You’re used to selling at enterprise level into the Energy sector. You can open doors, build relationships with senior decision makers, and guide complex deals from first conversation through to signature. You know that winning a new client takes strategy, persistence, and a willingness to pick up the phone.
Now you’re looking for a role with more ownership. You want to shape your territory, choose where to focus, and have a say in how new business is won. You’re comfortable working through ambiguity and making progress even when the route to a deal isn’t immediately clear.
In this Net New Account Executive role, you’ll take responsibility for winning new customers across your territory. You’ll build your own pipeline, introduce the software to organisations that may not know the business yet, and work with colleagues across marketing and solutions consulting to turn opportunities into signed clients.

- Uncapped OTE with accelerators
- Flexible PTO
- Medical, dental and vision insurance
- 401k plan with company contribution
- Flexible spending accounts
- Funded tuition and development
- Lots of opportunities to get involved in the community
What will your day to day look like

- Developing relationships with executive stakeholders and leaders in planning, engineering and regulatory affairs
- Understanding prospective customers’ challenges and building a relevant case for change
- Working with marketing to shape target account lists, messaging and campaigns
- Bringing in solutions consulting and other colleagues to support complex opportunities
- Keeping your pipeline accurate and moving deals through to close
Success in this role means creating your own opportunities and converting them into new customers.
