The role
This is a UK Founding Team role, pivotal in establishing and building the brand across the UK and Ireland. With a crystal-clear product roadmap in place, your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Full cycle sales - Hold quota, generate pipeline (outbound), run product demonstrations, manage enterprise stakeholders through to sales close, handover to Customer Success
- Actively promoting the company’s brand through networking at industry events
- Using systems in day-to-day such as Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting) and more
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product and external Partners
The requirements
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales is a must.
They’re also looking for:
- High speed of execution and a can-do attitude
- Enterprise experience - working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
- A strong initiative, hunger to improve and a growth mindset
- A background in Construction/ConTech
- Someone comfortable in a start-up environment
- Track record of full-cycle sales experience
