You'll inherit a strong customer base with high levels of repeat business, but there is also plenty of opportunity to generate new opportunities and grow accounts further. The team is looking for someone who's curious, commercially minded, and willing to learn. Technical expertise can be developed, but a genuine interest in customers and a consultative approach are essential.

What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to support the growth of the Geospatial division, helping customers understand how drone and mapping technology can improve the way they capture data, reduce risk, and make better decisions. You will also:
• Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify new opportunities across surveying, construction, infrastructure, utilities, engineering, and inspection
• Support outbound sales campaigns and build a personal pipeline through CRM
• Speak with customers to understand their sector, use case, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
• Progress opportunities from enquiry through to quotation, demonstration, proposal, and close
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware, software, training, support, and services
• Develop strong product knowledge across drones, payloads, LiDAR, photogrammetry, SLAM, mapping software, and geospatial services
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and support wider campaign and sales activity

This role will suit you if you…
• Are early in your sales career and keen to build technical product knowledge
• Have experience in internal sales, SDR, sales support, customer service, junior account management, or another target-driven role
• Have strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Are organised, proactive, and good at following up with customers
• Are curious about drones, surveying, mapping, construction, engineering, inspection, or emerging technology
• Are comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools
• Can ask good questions, understand customer needs, and explain solutions clearly
• Have B2B sales or technical product experience, although this would be a bonus rather than essential
