Account Executive
North America
$140,000 - $180,000
Running deals end to end, working with technology that has a clear operational impact, and staying close to the kind of complex industrial sales cycles that keep the role interesting. That’s the kind of role you’re looking for.
You’re comfortable selling technical solutions into complex industrial environments. Long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and translating predictive maintenance or IoT capability into real business value is where you do your best work. You’ve built relationships across the energy market already, and you know how to turn that network into opportunities.
This Account Executive role gives you the platform to continue to grow your career. You’ll work directly with the CRO in a business focused on predictive monitoring and industrial IoT solutions across utilities, grid, data centre, and industrial customers.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is transforming how critical infrastructure is monitored, using non-invasive technology to detect issues within industrial assets long before failures occur. Their predictive maintenance platform replaces traditional, reactive approaches with real-time intelligence, helping operators increase uptime, reduce risk and extend asset lifespan at scale.
This is a growing organisation where teams are encouraged to take ownership and solve complex challenges. Their culture blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative, pragmatic mindset, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders while having a visible impact on the product and its direction. Alongside this, they offer a competitive benefits package including healthcare coverage and a 401k, supporting both short-term wellbeing and long-term security as the business continues to scale.
What will your day to day look like?
- Finding and developing new enterprise customers across North America
- Managing the full sales process from first contact to signed contract
- Presenting demos and building ROI cases showing how customers save money and reduce risk
- Navigating complex procurement, legal and security processes
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity in CRM
With clear progression and a commission structure that rewards performance as you exceed quota, it’s a role built for someone who wants responsibility, technical depth, and room to grow.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have 3+ years of experience operating in a technical sales role
- Are familiar with SaaS solutions
- Have worked across the energy market
- Are skilled at explaining technical solutions in simple business terms
- Have a self-driven mentality with persistence and resistance
