What will your day to day look like?

This role is all about growth. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and your day-to-day will be focused on the owning sales processes from initial meeting to close with the goal of closing business and scaling our client’s market footprint. If you love a consultative sell and building genuine relationships with customers, then you’ll get on well in this role. An average week could look like:
 
  • Managing sales processes end-to-end
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Conducting product demos with prospective customers
  • Converting leads into active sales
  • Building and managing your pipeline
  • Working with marketing to tailor messaging for your region
  • Sharing customer feedback to improve sales processes

There’s loads of opportunity to really make your mark in this role as you’ll have a direct influence on company growth and shaping the way they go to market.


This role will suit you if you…
 
  • Have 3 years or more experience in complex B2B sales
  • Have a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or an aligned subject
  • Understand manufacturing and industrial environments
  • Know how to handle long, consultative sales cycles
  • Thrive off building great (and profitable!) relationships
  • Can talk the language of technical customers
  • Have experience selling into international markets
  • Are fluent in English and German (French or Italian too would be a bonus)

You’ll also be travelling to customer factory sites around 30% of the time in this role, so a driving license and willingness to be on the road is crucial.
