Do you have a natural flare in fostering relationships with clients to drive revenue?

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual that will help accelerate the UK business through selling their end-to-end construction management solution for main contractors.

The construction vertical is ripe for technological innovation. Construction impacts the lives of nearly everyone in the world, and yet it’s one of the least digitised industries. Our client is leading the market with their SaaS construction software that helps businesses more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centres, airports, housing complexes and more. 

They have a mission to save 1 billion construction administration hours and have a 98.4% satisfaction rate from customers.


What will your day to day look like? 
As an Account Executive, you will showcase your excellent communication and marketing skills to serve as a reliable consultant to generate sales for a top-performing construction technology company.
  • Delivering the full cycle sales
  • Collaborating with departments – product, customer success, operations, product and external partners
  • Establishing strong connections with clients to actively promote the portfolio
  • Use effective software – HubSpot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording)


This role will suit you if you…
  • Have 4+ years’ experience in Software sales
  • Can evidence of a track record in working with Senior stakeholders and full cycle sales experience across small, medium and large enterprise deals
  • Have excellent verbal and written rapport-building skills
  • Are results-obsessed and have a healthy sense of urgency
  • Have a growth mindset; always hungry to improve
  • Bonus:  Have a background in construction > this isn’t necessary but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction technology
