What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy across the DACH region. Identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships, and closing high-value deals that help our clients transform their businesses. 

  • Identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities  
  • Successfully executing sales processes 
  • Building strong relationships at senior and executive levels with key decision makers 
  • Partnering with internal teams to uncover challenges and build tailored solutions 
  • Developing and communicating opportunity plans  
  • Creating account strategies across the business 
  • Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline within CRM 

This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have a proven track record in solution and value-based selling 
  • Ideally have worked with enterprise software 
  • Can speak Fluent German and English 
  • Are confident selling to C-level executives  
  • Understand consultative and strategic sales methodologies for long-cycle deals 
  • Can travel (up to 50%) and thrive in client-facing environments 
  • Have experience in sectors such as utilities, transport, manufacturing, pharma, chemicals, or oil & gas 
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, analytical, or related discipline
