Our client is looking for a driven Account Executive to join their expanding sales team.

What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be focused on hunting for new business (90%) while building lasting client relationships and hitting ambitious sales targets. A typical day might include: 

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to exceed your quota 
  • Prospecting new opportunities through research, cold outreach, referrals, and events 
  • Leading discovery calls to understand client challenges and deliver tailored SaaS solutions 
  • Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations and product demos 
  • Negotiating and closing new business deals with decision-makers 
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve 
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking 
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build your network 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in Oil & Gas (upstream/midstream) or Energy 
  • Have a strong track record of exceeding quota in a B2B environment 
  • Thrive in new business development with a true “hunter” mindset 
  • Are consultative, curious, and able to adapt solutions to client challenges 
  • Can communicate confidently with senior stakeholders across all levels 
  • Are ambitious, resilient, and coachable and hungry to grow with a scaling company 
  • Enjoy being part of a collaborative, close-knit team culture
