What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about executing strategies to drive and close new business and navigating through long-complex deal cycle, closing deals worth $1m+. An average day may look like:

Guiding prospects through the “buyers' journey” process using relationship/value based sales approach that overcomes objections

Scheduling and facilitating onsite and remote discovery, presentation, demonstration and training meetings

Forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments; understanding of prospects’ business, skilled at describing solutions and respectfully challenging their thinking

Discover complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company’s offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Hunt for new business across the NAM territories (ideally North-East or Mid-Continent)

This role will suit you if you…

Have 3+ years of experience in a new business sales role

Understand the use of Salesforce on pipeline health, risk and progress to management

Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role linked to Asset Optimisation in CAISO/ERCOT/ISO-NE/MISO/NYISO/PJM/SPP.

Can negotiate with Executive a C-Level stakeholders about the power energy industry

Understand segmentation and how you can use it to make those segments become more successful
