What will your day to day look like? 
The key focus of this role is to win and grow enterprise manufacturing accounts across EMEA, helping customers improve operational performance through AI, data, and real-time process optimisation. You will also be: 
  • Driving new customer acquisition and strategic expansion across assigned manufacturing accounts 
  • Leading complex, multi-site enterprise sales engagements 
  • Building and executing account plans across plants, regions, and business units 
  • Engaging COOs, CFOs, VPs of Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering, Quality, and executive sponsors 
  • Translating operational challenges into quantified business cases linked to ROI and manufacturing KPIs 
  • Leading discovery around yield, throughput, quality, energy efficiency, downtime, and cost optimisation 
  • Navigating enterprise procurement, budgeting, and approval processes across EMEA 
  • Positioning the platform as a strategic part of wider manufacturing transformation programmes 
  • Negotiating enterprise commercial structures, including multi-year agreements 
  • Working closely with Customer Operations, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership 
  • Maintaining strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting

This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have 10+ years’ enterprise sales experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial customers 
  • Have successfully closed large, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers 
  • Understand manufacturing operations and OT/IT environments 
  • Can build strong ROI-led business cases around operational and financial performance 
  • Are confident engaging senior stakeholders across operations, finance, engineering, and plant leadership 
  • Have strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills 
  • Have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets 
  • Have experience selling industrial software, AI-driven solutions, operational technology, or similar enterprise platforms 
  • Have worked with multi-site or global manufacturing organisations 
  • Bring knowledge of industries such as food and beverage, oil and gas, life sciences, chemicals, pulp and paper, mining, building materials, or discrete manufacturing 
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree
