Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) is not simply the software arm of Honeywell International, but a leading industrial software provider. Their software solutions are disrupting the current industrial markets by streamlining and centralizing the assets, people and processes as the core of industrial operations. Through this, HCE enables their customers to make smarter, more accurate business decisions.
What was the brief?
Despite a well-established RPO, Honeywell had some mission critical commercial roles they needed filling. With the sheer number of niche and sector-specific roles they were recruiting for, they needed a specialist recruitment partner with industry knowledge and experience to act as an extension of their talent team.
This is where our specific industry knowledge and experience came in. Due to our specialism in the market, the established network we have and our partner led approach to recruitment, Honeywell asked FMC Talent to complement their RPO and add some more firepower to the process.
So, what did FMC do?
We quickly got to understand how Honeywell operates and how we could assist the business with some elongated recruitment processes, as well as driving candidates through the interview process towards that all-important offer accept. Forming true partnerships with internal talent and hiring managers was also crucial to understanding how we could best position Honeywell on the market.
Working with a business the size of Honeywell made it important to be patient and listen to what they needed from us as a service provider. In return, Honeywell were also very welcoming and we quickly managed to build a strong level of trust and respect.
What was the outcome?
So far, our Smart Industry team have successfully placed 8+ people in the business across North America and Europe. These candidates have contributed >$1 million+ worth of sales to support growth and drive digital transformation of the industrial markets.
