Kane's recruitment round up

Q2 is here, so we're switching up our round ups by speaking to a member of our Motorsports & Clean Propulsion team! 

As he's coming up to his year anniversary of working for FMC, we sat down with Kane to hear about his time with the company so far.

What's the best thing about working at FMC?

"The interesting people I get to speak to every day! And knowing that they trust me to help them find their next role or their next hire."

What's your favourite FMC memory?

"It would have to be the FMC Christmas party! Since I work in the Bristol office, this was the first time I got to meet everyone from Lincoln and it was a really great night."

What made you want to work for FMC?

"I always knew that I wanted to move into recruitment and when I saw that FMC worked within motorsport and automotive vompanies I knew that I had to give it a go. As someone whose interested in anything with an engine, it felt like a perfect match!"

What has been your biggest recruitment win?

"It would have to be recently placing a very experienced candidate in F1... We work confidentially with our clients though, so I can't say much more! It was a great role and I learnt so much from it."
