Continuing with our recruitment round ups we have Ash from our Motorsport and Clean Propulsion team.

We had a chat about his time at FMC and the interesting news coming from the industry.

What are you looking forward to in your space this year?

"I'm really looking forward to seeing how the rest of the teams within F1 attempt to compete with red Bull, who are always at the forefront of the industry."

What was the most interesting role you have worked on recently?

"It would have to be Suspension Performance Expert. As with most of the roles I work on I can't give too much away, but it was a pleasure to work on."

What’s your favourite thing about being a recruiter?

"I love speaking to so many people every single day, many who share the exact same passion as me (really fast cars!) it's a really exciting industry to be a part of and the extra insight into F1 is a real bonus."

What's your top tip for securing your number 1 candidate?

"Stay consistent with your message and make sure you gather a great understanding of what excites the candidate about job roles. That really helps in getting them to trust that you have their best interests at heart."
